A sacred Mabon gathering for women to nourish, awaken, and hold ourselves from the root.

Elizabeth and I are so excited to invite you into this beautiful day retreat we’ve dreamed up: a full-bodied, heart-rooted experience to honour your womb, your yoni, your voice, and your whole self.

 

This is a day to slow down, soften, be held and return to the power and wisdom within your body.

 

On the program:

🌸We will welcome you with herbal tea and open sacred circle with an Akashic meditation clearing old beliefs and energetic imprints

🌸We will create personalized yoni steam herbal blends from the land

🌸 Learn self-womb massage and yoni /womb health and why this practice is so deeply healing

🌸 Go on a herbal walk to connect with the plant allies around us

🌸 Receive voice activation and sound healing to reconnect womb + voice

 

We’ll share nourishing food (light lunch included, please feel free to bring extra snacks + water ), and hold space together in a circle of women ready to remember their wholeness.

 

This day retreat is for every woman who’s ready to say yes to her body, her healing, her sensuality, and her sovereignty.

 

I’m honoured to co-create this space with the incredibly knowledgeable and heart-led Elisabeth Van der Wilt, women’s health specialist, doula, and womb wisdom guide alongside myself, Malika Sellami, Vocal Frequency Healer, Akashic Guide, and plant medicine enthusiast.

 

Let’s come together in sacred sisterhood, walk the land, steam our wombs, activate our voices, and remember the medicine we already carry. Duos of mother/daughter encouraged! Let’s heal through our ancestors lineage together!
