Your 6 takeaways from this Journey

By the end of these 6 weeks, you will have:

1. Greater self-awareness: Recognize your inner states, understand what influences you and become more conscious of the energy you carry.

2. A deeper understanding of resonance: Recognize what you connect with, what feels aligned and what no longer serves your growth.

3. A stronger connection to your voice: Explore sound, vibration, chanting and authentic self-expression as tools for connection and personal exploration.

4. Expanded awareness:  Become more curious about intuition, synchronicities, the unseen and the possibilities beyond your everyday perception.

5. Greater inner alignment:  Learn to recognize the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, body and actions, and create more coherence within yourself.

6. Embodied self-expression:  Take what you’ve discovered and bring it into your everyday life, relationships, choices and the way you show up in the world.

The intention is to become more conscious of who you are, what you carry and how you choose to experience and express yourself and the impact that you have in the world.
