Rooted in Love: The Embodied Woman 6-week journey to come home to your body, your truth and the living pulse of Love.
 
This 6 weeks program is designed to help you come out of your head and land fully in your body to awaken a love that feels safe, alive & real.
 
Each 60 minute session is a guided journey, part ritual, part practice, part remembrance. Together, we move through the body, breath, voice and energy filed to awaken softness, aliveness and self-love.
 
You'll receive recordings, weekly PDFs abd extra tools to integrate your practice at home. All women will be invited to join a group telegram chat where they will be invited to share their reflections and observations.
